|   AUTORITI ELEKTRIK NEGARA BRUNEI DARUSSALAM (AENBD)

Appointed as the Authority on 2 January 2019, AENBD administer, enforce and  implement the Electricity Act, Chapter 223. The Act provides for the regulation and control of the generation, transmission, distribution and use of electricity, and to create criminal offences in connection therewith. This enable the development of a more efficient, competitive and increasingly sustainable electricity industry in Negara Brunei Darussalam.

Unit Pematuhan

Bagi menjalankan fungsi-fungsi perlesenan elektrik termasuk pemantauan pematuhan Akta Elektrik, Penggal 223.

Unit Strategik

To develop economic and technical regulations, codes, guidelines, internal policies and strategies related to Electricity Act, Chapter 223, and driving initiatives to achieve its objectives.
